South Carolina schools must open for 5-day weeks, give parents option for e-learning

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster said schools will be open for five days a week and parents will be given the option to enroll them in remote learning. McMaster's plan is much different than the course of action in North Carolina, with the governor saying parents must have the choice of what to do with their kids when it comes to school. McMaster said the state will not approve any back to school reopening plan that doesn't offer parents a choice on sending their kids to the classroom. #COVID19 #BackToSchool #Coronavirus
